Dr. Rakesh Motiani was awarded a Certificate of Participation by the Human Rights Department, Government of Sindh, for successfully attending the workshop on the “Role and Functions of the Provincial Human Rights Vigilance Committee.”
The workshop, held on Thursday, 30th March 2023, focused on strengthening the role of human rights institutions and ensuring effective vigilance in addressing violations across Sindh. Participants were guided on mechanisms to protect fundamental rights, promote equality, and enhance coordination among relevant stakeholders.
The certificate was jointly signed by:

- Mr. Jawed Sibghatullah Mahar, Secretary, Human Rights Department, Government of Sindh
