To create centers dedicated to developing noble character among the younger generation, nurturing Hindu culture and ideology.

To establish charitable hospitals, clinics, dispensaries, blood banks, health centers, and laboratories, as well as centers for physical, mental, moral, and literary development through training programs.

To safeguard Hindu institutions, schools, cremation grounds, graveyards, trust properties, Pathshalas, gymkhanas, and other places of cultural and religious significance.

To support and facilitate the celebration of Hindu festivals that promote welfare and unity within the community.

To promote welfare schemes and charitable initiatives, especially for the uplift of disadvantaged segments of society.

Funding & Resources
To receive and manage subscriptions, donations, grants, and gifts from individuals, firms, government and semi-government bodies, NGOs, and other institutions, and utilize them lawfully for community welfare.

Non-Political & Non-Commercial Nature
The Pakistan Hindu Samaaj shall operate strictly on a non-political, non-religious, and non-commercial basis. Its office bearers and members shall not receive any form of salary or profit from the organization.

Proper Use of Resources
The Samaaj’s income and property, from any lawful source, shall be applied solely toward its objectives. No portion shall be distributed as profit, dividend, or bonus to members or office bearers. Any violation of this condition will be the personal responsibility of those involved.

Marriage & Family Support
To assist and encourage institutions that promote Hindu matrimonial systems, and to arrange group marriages, particularly for underprivileged members of the Hindu community.
